Azure Escapes Travel acts solely as an intermediary between you and cruise lines, travel suppliers, and other third-party providers. We do not own, operate, or control the services provided by these third parties.
5.1 Third-Party Suppliers
Travel bookings made through us are provided by independent suppliers. Azure Escapes Travel assumes no liability for the performance, errors, omissions, or acts of third-party suppliers. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the supplier.
5.2 Payments
Payments are processed through third-party processors and/or directly with suppliers. Azure Escapes Travel does not store credit card data. By making a booking, you authorize the applicable supplier to process payment in accordance with their terms and policies.
5.3 Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and changes are governed exclusively by the policies of the cruise line or supplier providing the service. Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with those policies. Azure Escapes Travel is not responsible for refunds or cancellation penalties.
6. Privacy and Marketing
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By providing your contact details, you consent to receive communications from us, including marketing and promotional messages. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
7. Travel Risk Disclaimer
Travel involves risks, including but not limited to health, safety, and political conditions at your destination. Azure Escapes Travel makes no representation that travel to any destination is risk-free. Customers are responsible for reviewing official government advisories from sources such as the U.S. Department of State, CDC, and TSA before booking. Azure Escapes Travel is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages related to travel risks.
8. Geographic Limitations
Azure Escapes Travel primarily provides services to U.S. customers but may service customers in other jurisdictions at its discretion. Availability of services may be subject to local laws and supplier restrictions.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information collected through the Site, but no method of online transmission is completely secure. Azure Escapes Travel disclaims liability for unauthorized access to or use of your data.
10. Limitation of Liability
